eCO2 ablative laser treatment is a great alternative to traditional CO2 laser treatments. Clients can use this treatment for problems such as:

    • Photo-damaged skin
    • Large pores
    • Uneven skin tone
    • Scars (acne, burn, surgical)
    • Pigmented spots (lesions and freckles)
    • Deep wrinkles on the forehead, face, and around the eyes and lips

This treatment can also be used to completely resurface the face, hands, chest, or neck.

    How does it work?*

eCO2 ablative laser treatment involves the use of tiny laser beams to heat up and then remove small areas of tissue. As the area heals, the production of collagen and extracellular matrix renews the skin. The result is skin that is more elastic and firm than before.

This treatment is primarily used for scars and areas with excess pigmentation, as well as wrinkles and sun damage.

    What can I expect?*

One of the benefits of eCO2 ablative laser treatment is that often only one treatment is needed. However, some clients may elect for more drastic results from a second treatment about three months later.

The length of the treatment depends on the area that is being targeted. For example, a full-face treatment takes about 60 minutes to perform. You will have a special dressing applied to the area for a couple of days following the treatment in order to reduce pain and swelling. Additionally, you may notice a warm sensation, but this will subside.

As the area heals, you will notice that there is a thin crust on your skin as the dead skin cells become to slough off. As the rejuvenation process continues over the next few days and weeks, you will notice your refreshed results.
