Rewards Program

SVA Loyalty rewards program offers the opportunity to earn points with every purchase made. Patients earn 10 points for every $100 they spend. Patients who spend less than $100 are not eligible to earn any points. Once you make a purchase of $100 you can begin to accumulate points, however if a patient spends $150 the remaining $50 are forfeited and do not roll over to the next purchase. Points do not expire. Points are redeemable during the checkout process (over-the-phone or in person), are nontransferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Points may not be redeemed with 10% birthday discount.
