Our Plans for Re-Opening

As we prepare to reopen, we would like our patients to feel safe and comfortable when coming to our spa. Our goal is to share the actions already being made by our spa to protect ourselves and our patients. We are following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Here are some precautions we are taking:

Social Distancing

We will be spacing appointments out to minimize the number of people in our office and all social distancing guidelines will be strictly followed.

Expanded Sanitizing and Cleaning Protocols

While we have always cleaned treatment areas and contact surfaces between patient encounters, We have instituted enhanced cleaning protocols of the office and exam rooms to include thorough cleansing and disinfection between patients and at the end of the day. All contact items have been modified or removed from the lobby, exam rooms, and treatment areas.

Employee Health and Safety
All staff will be wearing masks and protective personal equipment at all times. Staff will receive daily temperature screenings and health screenings when they arrive at the office. Anyone failing the temperature or health screening will be sent home and asked to see medical care until resolution.

What you need for your next appointment:

✔ Patients will be required to wear a face mask to their appointment and use hand sanitizer upon entering the office.
✔ To avoid crowds and maintain social distancing, patients will be asked to wait for their appointment in the vehicle until our staff notifies you to enter the office. Our waiting room is closed until further notice so patients must show up to their appointment alone.
✔ Please leave all personal items at home.
✔ All patients are required to complete forms and registration online prior to their appointment.
✔ Our staff will administer patient health questionnaires and body temperature checks at the front office prior to bringing you into a treatment room. If you have a fever over 100.5 degrees Fahrenheit or any symptoms of illness listed by the CDC, you’ll be asked to reschedule your appointment. You can review those symptoms HERE.

As always, we cannot thank our patients enough for your continued support during these unprecedented times. If you have any questions or would like to make/change an appointment, please feel free to contact us.

We look forward to seeing you!
