What should I expect?*
The exact amount of treatments that you will need depends on many things, including the location, size, and coloring of your tattoo. Often, several treatments are required. Each treatment takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
After your first treatment of laser tattoo removal, you will experience pinpoint bleeding and may notice white debris that fades to red. The area will gradually heal over the next week or so.* Afterward, you will begin to notice some fading of your tattoo. The fading process is slow and gradual and can take eight to ten weeks.* It may take a few treatments until you notice visible fading.
